Days just go on and we don't bother about real problem ahead of us "Climate Change". We are living in an era where every year we face problems like, 1. Reduced winter 2. Shorter monsoon with limited rain causing draught or Overloaded rain causing floods 3. Intolerable summer with shortage in drinkable water 4. Rise in air pollution causing health issues. 5. Reduced polar ice 6. Rise in sea level What is causing all this and who is responsible for all this? Well, Global warming is real and we all are responsible for the above problems by knowingly or unknowingly being part of it. 1. Air pollution is all time high, gets worse in winters with Smog (Smoke + Fog). 2. Drinkable water level underneath is getting low every year. 3. Rivers, lakes which carries drinkable water are getting polluted day by day. 4. Trees, Forests are getting reduced to fulfill our needs and new trees are not planted the way it should be. Why do we need God or someone whom we can pray to while we go through bad times?. Well I am not the right person who can comment on this topic, but still can predict what may have brought need of God in our life. There are several situations when people around the world may feel depressed when they don't get what they wanted, when lost their loved ones', when they have everything but no one is there with them to celebrate or they go through some bad times etc. In these kind of situations, people who don't believe in anybody besides themselves, get over it and live in happiness all the time. On the other hand, people who are scared and don't believe in themselves, start finding someone who can help them and for that they go to some peaceful places and start praying and if their wishes are fulfilled, they think some power who doesn't belong to us has helped me and if these kind of people go through bad time again, do same kind of things as they did before. Few days back, Infosys' former chairman Narayan Murthy indicated that most of the engineering graduates Software organizations are hiring, lacks necessary skills to work in an IT organization. He said that we are spending a lot of money in their trainings to make them able to work. This statement is quite true, as I am also an engineering graduate from a university where students can pass their semester exams even if they start preparation just one week ago and can get good marks. Irrespective of what you write in exam but make sure you filled your sheet and didn't leave it blank, you can pass exam. No one is going to bother if you don't concentrate on research work. You should have good enough marks and you should have good communication skills, you will be able to get job if get an opportunity.
